What to Expect

Carry the device with you consistently for at least two weeks before judging the results. It extends the same protection you have at your base to wherever you go. If you're highly sensitive to your environment, EHS or neurodivergent, take the first few days slowly, the Delta and Theta waveforms are designed to feel calming rather than jarring as your body adjusts.
