SHIPPING

Please include shipping details that are current and accurate. Use a daytime delivery address so our courier can deliver your parcel without delay. We cannot be held responsible for lost shipping due to an incorrect shipping address. All orders are tracked by a tracking number that can tracked via Australia Post https://auspost.com.au/ Please allow up to 3 to 4 business days, depending on location for delivery. Orders received before 1pm are dispatched within the same working day, orders received on Friday or weekends will be dispatched the next business day (IE: Monday) Some areas  may have shipping delays due to social, economic, political or weather conditions. Please check with your local authorities before you order.

SALES TAXES
All products include GST of 10% but do not include shipping. Shipping is an extra cost added at the checkout according to the sale quantity and weight of product.

TRACKING AND RECEIVING MAIL
You will be emailed a tracking number please keep track of your own items. You can track your item from https://auspost.com.au/ We are not responsible for receiving your order, you are. Please make sure your daytime delivery address is valid and up to date. All packages are signed for. Non signed requests will not be granted. The items are of significant value and we need to make sure your order gets to you in good time. Check your mailbox often that is your responsibility. Any damaged items must be reported the same day of delivery so we can access the damage and replace if necessary. No damage claims can be made after the first day of delivery. Any claims the next day or later will be treated as damaged caused by use.
