Electromagnetic fields
WHAT IS EMF?
Wireless radiation or radio frequency radiation is emitted from all wireless devices. From cell phones to Wi-Fi, computers, TV transmitters and cell phone towers. This is also known as EMF (electromagnetic fields)
MF’S ARE EMITTED BY ALL ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES. THESE INCLUDE:

The body has never in its evolution ever experienced something so foreign to itself and therefore responds as if the incoming signal was an invader (like a virus). The body then experiences all sorts of symptoms which may be hard to identify.
EMF Symptoms
Within seconds the body at a cellular level recognizes the need to protect itself from attack. Unfortunately the protein coating on each cell cannot recognize EMF as our body did not evolve to recognize this unnatural signal.
As a result we may experience symptoms such as:
- NAUSEA
- HEADACHES
- FATIGUE
- DIZZINESS
- SLEEPLESSNESS
- SKIN RASHES
- SORE EYES
- VERTIGO
- HEART PALPITATIONS
As all people are not the same each person may experience different symptoms with different levels of exposure. Some symptoms may not be related to EMF exposure so we must be sure to find out by experimenting a little. If you are in doubt about any symptoms please see your health professional for advice.
Understanding Wireless Radiation and EMF
Everyday technology—mobile phones, Wi-Fi routers, laptops, smart devices, and even household applianceemit electromagnetic fields, or EMFs. These invisible energy waves are produced whenever electricity flows, whether through a simple circuit or complex wireless transmission.
While EMFs occur naturally in our environment (the Earth itself emits one), the manmade or “non-native” EMFs from modern technology are very different. These artificial fields pulse in repetitive, high-frequency patterns that our bodies haven’t evolved to recognise.
How EMFs Affect the Body
When exposed to constant artificial EMFs, the body can respond as though it’s under stress. This may be because these signals interfere with the body’s own natural electromagnetic balance. Over time, this low-level interference may contribute to what some people describe as “electrical sensitivity.”
Commonly reported effects include:
- Headaches or migraines
- Fatigue or reduced focus
- Poor sleep or restlessness
- Dizziness or balance issues
- Tingling sensations or skin irritation
- Heart palpitations
It’s important to note that people respond differently, and these symptoms aren’t proof of illness or EMF harm. Always speak with a qualified health professional about any ongoing concerns.
Why Awareness Matters
Because EMFs are everywhere—at home, at work, in schools, and in public spaces—understanding how they interact with the body is the first step toward creating a healthier environment. Recognising the difference between natural and manmade EMFs allows us to take informed, practical steps to reduce unnecessary exposure.
